Deep-rooted friendship: Azureblue356 is the reinterpretation of the colour 'Azureblue' that Porsche developed for the 356 America Roadster in the early 1950s. The colour Azureblue356 has been reissued in the Paint to Sample Plus process especially for the 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet America Edition in 2022 to celebrate two occasions at once: the 70th anniversary of the Porsche 356 America Roadster and the 30th anniversary of the 964 America Roadster. The exterior colour is a modern interpretation of the historic Azureblue, created in collaboration with experts from Style Porsche, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, representatives from Porsche Cars North America, Porsche Canada Limited and inspiration from the historical archive. Azureblue356 is a rich medium blue with subtle greenish undertones and is reminiscent of a deep blue sky on a clear day. The invigorating colour radiates serenity and conveys a feeling of relaxation and openness.
