Practical, functional and robust: Natoolive is not only a unique colour name, it is also inspired by the classic military colour NATO-olivegreen, which is used for military equipment. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), based in Brussels, as well as the national military organisations, use certain textile colours that are assigned to a RAL colour. Militarygreen is also commonly referred to as 'NATO Olive' or 'NATO Green', which in the German Bundeswehr is also known as 'stonegrey-olive'. Natoolive is a dark, earthy green with subtle yellowish or brownish undertones. The rugged look alludes to outdoor activities and is popular when a classic look needs to be both stylish and functional.
