Enchanting blue: Nightbluemetallic is a dark shade of blue which, as the name suggests, is associated with the colour of the night sky. Nightbluemetallic is sometimes confused with Darknightbluemetallic (colour code Z5D), but is lighter and less reminiscent of cobalt in its colour brilliance. The rich metallic paint embodies a sophisticated colour that has also been available since the early 1990s as Nightblue Pearlcolour on the 968, 964 and the 911 (type 993, 996) with the colour code 39C. The colour should not be confused with the Porsche standard colour Nightbluemetallic, which has the colour code M5F. Nightbluemetallic is a deep blue that has a slight violet or indigo undertone depending on the lighting conditions. The bold blue colour exudes something mysterious and creates a dramatic look with considerable elegance.
