Modern drama: Volcanogreymetallic is a deep metallic grey that derives its name from volcanic rock formations that often have a similarly dark and matte finish. The colour is one of many dark grey variations at Porsche, which have attracted a growing customer base in recent years. Volcanogreymetallic was launched at the end of the 2010s as a standard colour on the Macan and was then also offered for the Panamera and Taycan.Since 2021, the colour has been available in the Paint to Sample programme. Volcanogreymetallic is a cool, deep grey with blue undertones, giving the colour an elegant and modern look. Depending on the lighting conditions, the colour can appear metallic, further increasing its versatility.
