Bold contrast: Darknightbluemetallic is an extremely dark shade of blue that has a cool, calming effect and a mysterious aura. The deep blue shade almost borders on black and its penetrating effect is reminiscent of a night sky. The colour is known as ‘Night Blue Pearl Effect’ at Audi and has been incorporated into the Porsche Paint to Sample programme under a new name.However, the colour should not be confused with the Porsche serial colour Nightbluemetallic (colour code M5F) or the Paint to Sample colour Nightbluemetallic (colour code 39C), which appear lighter than Darknightbluemetallic. Darknightbluemetallic has subtle violet or black undertones. Darknightblue is not a standardised colour name. In general, however, it is a colour that is darker than a typical navy blue, but not as dark as black.
